Garlic is one of the most used seasonings in Mediterranean cuisine.
After a careful selection they are peeled, sliced and dehydrated. With a fresh and aromatic smell, it is used on all kinds of meat, fish and vegetables.

CHARACTERISTICS:
- Yellowish in color.
- Laminate about 2 mm. approx.
- Garlic flavor with a slight spicy touch.

Due to its laminate characteristics, it is ideal for use in pasta dishes, salads and grilled or grilled vegetables.
