Garlic is one of the most used seasonings in Mediterranean cuisine.
After a careful selection they are peeled, crushed and dehydrated. With a fresh and aromatic smell, it is used on all kinds of meat, fish and vegetables.

- Granule of about 0.3 mm. approx
- Garlic flavor with a slight spicy touch

Due to its granular characteristics, it is ideal for seasoning sauces, stir-fries and dishes where we want the flavor to appear, but not the aesthetics of the product.
